When SO invokes OOF for selecting an NSI with a service profile that indicates  resource sharing level is "not shared", OOF should return the Slice Profile in newNSISolutions. This is because, for this case, a new NSI has to be created by SO ultimately. OOF should also include the domainType (CN) in the SliceProfile.
