OOF deployment is not working on Daily

      gating (Orange & Azure)

      The deployment of OOF is systematically failing on Master daily (Orange daily env).

      Last PASS on daily results is from end of May

      last OK on the https://logs.onap.org/onap-integration/daily/onap_daily_pod4_master/2021-05/30_10-01/xtesting-healthcheck/full/full/report.html#totals?all

      Since this date it is FAIL

      However it seems that the problem is not systematic on gating on Azure

      so the issue could be due the env and need to be addressed by the integration team
