Support the vFW naming policy model and policy instance as part of PM deployment solution for ONAP. The policy instance for vFW has been created on the PM dev2 system. Under the name JQIN1806SRIOV.Config_MS_ONAP_VFW_NAMING_TIMESTAMP.*

In ONAP include the policy instance under the scope SDNC_POLICYConfig_MS_ONAP_VFW_NAMING_TIMESTAMP.*

• There’s a need to streamline the name generation process in ONAP and provide means to set some standards around naming convention.
• The intent is to use PM’s getConfig i/f + SDN-C naming mS to drive ONAP vFW naming generation
• Need to ensure the .yml (model) and policy instance are checked in and be part of PM deployment solution for ONAP, so the naming policy model and the policy instance (e.g. naming instance for vFW) would be available automatically when ONAP PM comes up and would not require manual import
