This is work is dependent upon the creation of new Policy Development Environment requirements backed by Policy Lifecycle API in order to dynamically support models for Control Loop. It will also require integration with the Policy SDC Service Distribution application.

The requirements for the Policy Development Environment will specify how to build a Policy Model Template into a Java Maven Archetype artifact, what the inputs/outputs are, how the code in template generates concrete policies, how the Maven Archetype interfaces with the Policy Lifecycle API, how the template can be tested to generate concrete policies, how the Policy Lifecycle API is called to "create" the Policy Model and make it available for ONAP applications to create policies from.
