Configuration of nexus server configuration either standalone or remote is fixed at installation time.   This work removes that restriction allowing to change configuration dynamically in an already existing installation and containers, and bring us closer to have a more complete docker image that can be used for development testing as well as a more formal installation in a more complex environment.
