This user story implements the following sub sections of the API wiki https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Policy+Design+and+API+Flow+for+Model+Driven+Control+Loop+-+Draft

• 3.3.1 PDP Group Query – Fetch details of PDP group, subgroup, pdp instance and policies. It will fetch data from DB which is periodically updated by POLICY-1443 (PDP_STATUS message).
• 3.3.5 PDP Group Statistics – Fetch statistics of PDP group, subgroup & pdps. It will fetch data from DB which is periodically updated by POLICY-1443 (PDP_STATUS message).
• 3.3.3 PDP Group Delete – Delete PDP group & subgroup. It will check all the preconditions and then call deregistration flow of POLICY-1443 and then delete data from DB.
