• 3.3.2 PDP Group Deployment – Create PDP group, subgroup & deploy/undeploy policies. It will check all preconditions and then call the PDP Update message construction logic of POLICY-1444
• 3.3.4 PDP Group State Management – Change state of PDP group, subgroup and pdps. It will check all preconditions  and then call the PDP State Change message construction logic of POLICY-1444
• 3.3.6 PDP Group Health Check – Order health check on PDP group, subgroup & pdps. It will call the PDP Health Check message construction logic of POLICY-1444
