Policy should not access model ids from extra-properties field

      Currently AAI named query response returns empty values in the extra-properties fields because of which the model related ids are not picked-up. But these values are present in the other location of the AAI named query response.

      Refer the attached logs to understand the difference in the AAI named query response.
