Policy UI doesn't show left menu or any content

    Description

      Login Portal as demo user. Then click on Policy app and use the url shown on the screen to directly access Policy UI by accepting certificate. Policy page will show up with no left menu and empty content. See the screenshot below:

       

      In the same env, if access directly with https://policy.api.simpledemo.onap.org:30219/onap/login.htm, after login with demo/demo credential Policy UI displays correctly.
