policy/drools-pdp,  and  policy/engine show 0% code coverage in sonar.onap.org while beofre it was producing a % > 0.    It is belief that the addition of oparent as the the parent pom of these projects may have caused it.

The work is to figure out why it does not produce any code coverage.   The set up can be compared against the policy/drools-applications pom.xml which it is working ok and change similarly as and idea on how to fix it.
