The current APEX monitoring GUI only works directly towards a single PDP-A instance.

Now that statistics collection is part of the PAP-PDP heartbeat mechanism, the PDP-A monitoring GUI can be adapted to work towards the PAP and to use statistics stored in the Policy database.

The Monitoring GUI can also be adapted to work towards:

• PDP-X and PDP-D
• PDP subgroups and PDP groups

The statistics reported by PDPs may need to be augmented.

This also removes the need to expose the current monitoring websocket port in PDP-A.
