The integration team upgraded the VNF's for vFirewall use case. The payload has changed. Ideally, the use case testing should insert the payload into the operational policy. When executing the operational policy, the Drools Rules/Support code should copy the payload from the operational policy into the ModifyConfig request to APPC.

In addition, completion of this bug should also delete the packet generator code from the policy/models.
