Currently the latest docker images are pulled when we run CSITs in dublin branch. This means that once master diverges from dublin then we might start having issues in dublin CSITs getting passed.

For this user story I want to ensure that we pull docker images(in api, pap, xacml-pdp, distribution) that correspond to correct(dublin/master) branch from which tests are being launched.
