BBS policy should update the attachment-point info of the PNF after relocation

After PNF re-registration, NomadicONT policy is triggered, policy:
1) gets new attachment-point name
2) deletes old logical-link (type: attachment point) related to the PNF
3) creates new logical-link with new attachment-point as name, "link-type": "attachment-point"
4) relates new logical-link to PNF
