As an ONAP Policy Developer, I would like to build into the Policy Framework Platform the ability to create, read, update, delete, deploy and undeploy natives policies for PDP engines.

This involves the current ONAP PDP's native Apex json, Drools (both .drl and .jar) and XACML (xml) policies. But should be extendable for any desired PDP engine.
