Currently bitronix transaction library is used in conjunction with hibernate to provide drools persistence functionality by enabling the session-persistence feature.    Also, for JPA access to the DB, eclipselink is used.   Since both types of libraries hibernate and eclipselink access the same database and perhaps tables, the concern if there are bad interactions possible, and if so how to prevent it.
