The feature-controlloop-utils when enabled, it places the simulators.properties.environment that relates to the aai, so, vfc, etc .. urls url configuration to point to the simulators in the localhost, no extra operations are needed for users to test the use cases.

With the new actor model, as these go by environment variables, additional manual tweaking is needed in base.conf and changes in the actor properties files. 

It should be evaluated if the self configuration of the feature itself is possible with frankfurt, otherwise functionality should be removed and procedures updated in documentation.
