PDP not sending terminated status to PAP while going down

      It has been observed during testing that drools-pdp is not sending a final heartbeat to PAP with "STATUS = TERMINATED" when going down.

      Due to which the stale PDP entry remains in the Policy DB until the PdpTracker running in PAP detects the entry and removes from the DB.

      By default the PdpTracker is configured to remove PDP after missing 3 consecutive heartbeats i.e. 3 * 2 mins = 6 mins.

       

      7/20 sprint planning: agreed to move to user story and this affects all the PDPs. Its an enhancement.
