      Tracks the configuration changes we have made to SNAPSHOT images, so we remember to make them as part of our M4 release.

      • Remove legacy operational policy type from policy-api config pre-loading list.
      • Add new preloaded policy type for guard Filter
      • Ensure new xacml-pdp Match application is included (probably is via the packaging, but want to be sure)
      • Remove base64 encoding of db password from policy-api 
      • Remove base64 encoding of db password from policy-pap
      • Remove base64 encoding of db password from xacml-pdp
      • Remove base64 encoding of password in policy-mariadb scripts (if any)
      • Remove legacy operational policy type ("onap.policies.controlloop.operational.Apex") from apex-pdp - kubernetes/policy/components/policy-apex-pdp/resources/config/OnapPfConfig.json
      • Remove legacy config.json from apex-pdp helm chart resources - kubernetes/policy/components/policy-apex-pdp/resources/config/config.json
