Store basic audit details of deploy/undeploy operations in PAP

      As a ONAP developer, I would like to create a mechanism to store basic audit details of deploy/undeploy operations in PAP.

      Until now there are no records of when a policy was deployed or undeployed in a PdpGroup. Which results in serious issues during traceability of operations in production deployments.
