The docker compose scripts have changed so that you can set a variable that tells the loading process not to preload policies. This is to help enable testing for CLAMP as well as CSIT to load the policies. Just add the following export before the docker-compose command.

+export PRELOAD_POLICIES=false

docker-compose -f docker-compose-integration.yml up -d
