Standardize policy deployment vs undeployment count in PdpStatistics

As a ONAP developer, I would like to standardize the policy deployment vs undeployment count in PdpStatistics so that end users have more clarity while reviewing the statistical information.

As of today, both deploy & undeploy operations are counted under the "policyDeployCount" and corresponding one's for success & failure cases.

Possible solutions

• Add more fields to PdpStatistics for policy undeployment and it's success & failure counts.
• Rename the existing fields to something more generic like "policyOperationCount", "policyUpdateCount" etc.

Feel free to propose new ideas/solution to solve this.
