At them moment, the participant registers with the runtime but does not send any status update for 120 seconds. This means that the participants are not added to the Runtime database for 120 seconds after startup. In this Jira, we will trigger then sending of the status update upon ack of the register. On receiving this, the runtime will add the participant to the db.
