This was revealed when CLAMP tried to create a DCAE microservice configuration policy with content from DCAE team that did not match the current template. The DCAE team did not update the model. The API succeeded, but the GUI could not display it accurately. There should be validation that the input content body matches the model. If not, an appropriate error should be returned indicating such.
