    Description

      Apex Editor currently uses Grizzly HTTP server and JAX-RS (Jersey). This task is to change Apex Editor GUI to use Spring Boot. This is a requirement for implementing story POLICY-3638.

          Task - A task that needs to be done. POLICY-3638 Change policy-gui so that all GUIs work in the same jar/JVM
