Issue when serialization into JSON Object which brings allot of garbage

    Description

      When trying to retrieve the Tosca Service Template via Postman or the UI it's the node tosca_topology is bringing java code as well as a the Nordix Licence info into the JSON Object.  This is causing an impact in the UI which cannot render the nodes so the end user can edit the object.

      Suggestion is to clear the Database and upload funtional-pmsh-usecase.yaml file which resides insice clamp/examples/src/main/resources/clamp/acm/pmsh.

      After uploading you can GET the Service template via the following URL via Postman.

      localhost:6969/onap/policy/clamp/acm/v2/commission/toscaservicetemplate
