Description
The CSITs are not working properly on the Honolulu, Istanbul and Jakarta brnaches due to a combination of the models simulator image not being release and snapshot images being flushed.
We need to update the CSITs to run on whatever docker images are available:
- Snapshot images on a branch if they are available
- release images on a branch if no snapshot image is available.
