Failure handling on the ACM-R

      In the case , a participant fails to deploy an element, it should responds with UNDEPLOYED on a DEPLOY order, then the ACM-R will set the state of the AC element to UNDEPLOYED and will save a status indicator indicating an error has occured. This should be propagated to the the overall composition.

      Also support UNDEPLOY order from the ACM-R during DEPLOYING state.
