      We need to restore the current state information on the Intermediary using a new event message from ACM-R. The same mechanism should be used to update the properties.

      Notes of meeting 04/07/2023

      1. Participant sends second register to the acm runtime
      2. In this case, the participant status will be set to RESTARTING
      3. It will stay in this state until it is confirmed that all Automation Compositions and Elements for this Participant are confirmed to be working as expected again.
      4. Then the participant is set to online again.
