This work removes the need to expand the drl templates.

This is a precursor to add/delete control loops without needing a brmsgw to transform the drl (were Params objects are inserted on the fly on running kiesessions without going through the complex brmsgw process, with requires template keyword replacement, jar packaging, uploading to nexus repo, notifying pdp-d, pdp-d upgrading, compiling, and so on ..)

The expectation is to create a new "archetype-beijing" with this approach.    The existing archetype-amsterdam will be preserved for inter-operability with brmsgw.
