      As an ONAP Policy Developer, I want to change the API call from Policy to SO for scale to the new SO Dmaap-based API.

       

      Requirements:

      • Do not delete the old code yet - let's just move to the new code.

       

      Will need to link this issue to SO Board - but at this time I do not see that they have committed to this work.
