Please advice me on these issues. It seems these have some complex logic. I want to attempt fixing the sonar issue, however i could get it completely wrong., I will still try and submit review. 

If you think these should be done or handled in a different way. Please advice me. 

Also., if you think there is a separate refactoring effort being handled., please let me know, this could be done as part of that as well.

I have added my comments in the above Sonar issues. 

I am just adding a subtask to indicate that there are still 5 issues that have to be fixed in sonar for try-with-resources types.
