Portal SDK Developing with no 'app' information found

      Hi Guys,

      I try to set up Portal SDK Developing env: after importing the projects I settle the db and Cassandra, when trying to debug on tomcat there some got wrong

      The debug information is app information got `null`, and I already import the sql 'EcompSdkDDLMySql_3_2_OS.sql' from epsdk-app-os project. anything that I missing ?
