Version 2.4 of portal/sdk app has a screen showing the user's profile.  it has  minor glitches, see screenshot:

1. the drop-down fields have a funny glyph at the right instead of an arrow pointing down
2. the state dropdown should have 52+/- values but instead is empty
3. the country dropdown is also empty

Interestingly the time-zone drop-down is populated just fine.
