history repo code is missing

      I've tried to run portal-ng, but without code from 'history' repository (https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=portal-ng%2Fhistory.git;a=summary) it is working correctly.

      Looks like the code should be located in gerrit and it is not there.
