 Description of Use Case / Requirement:

In SO Macro flow, we can instantiate a service containing PNFs. After this service is instantiated, there should be a procedure in SO Macro Flow to add a PNF instance (whose model is part of the SDC model of the service) to this already instantiated service instance.

Likewise, there should be a procedure to delete PNF instances from a service instance.

This feature can be useful in many use cases which use PNFs. For example, it enables a RAN engineer to add an RU at a later time to a deployed gNB for RAN site coverage expansion.

These procedures are already implemented for CNFs in SO Macro flow, Refer https://jira.onap.org/browse/REQ-1041
