Description of Use Case / Requirement:

 This Epic captures the requirements for the CCVPN use case for Istanbul release.

In this release, we will introduce the following three changes in CCVPN:

(1) CCVPN support for intent based networking

(2) Support for Cloud Leased Line services

(3) Support for closed-loop automation
