Description of Use Case / Requirement:

SDC currently deploys the SDC AID model and supports onboarding and design of resources and services that comply with that models.

This requirement shall introduce support for the deployment of additional models, and the onboarding/design of resources and services natively in those models.

This is a first step in implementing https://jira.onap.org/browse/ONAPARC-698. The impacts of this step are confined to SDC

API changes:

A new API will be added to the SDC backend for creating/retrieving model definitions and there will be backwards compatible updates to existing APIs to enable resources be connected to a model. The only users of these APIs will be components of SDC
