As a user I want to be able to locate a FEDEX Location via zip code so that I can ship my mail to the closest location 

• Given: the user navigated to the fedex link
• A mail and ship link should be displayed
• When user clicks on link 
• Then they can find fedex location tab
• There should be a  search bar for entering zip codes so user can enter desired zipcodes
• Then a list of post offices should display
