as an sdc devaloper

i want to align the jetty dependency's used across the application.

so that we will be aligned and use software bast practices.

today in sdc there is a number of version of jetty used across the application.

we want to align it to a single version that will match the jetty run time version in the docker and the dependency versions.

in addition progressing the version will fix the security violation raised in older jetty versions.

DOD:

1. the code should compile and pass all unit tests.
2. the code should deploy sucsesfully
3. the automation should run successfully on the application.
