As a User,

i want SDC to allow the use of concat function in the csar add to SDC.

so that it will be possible to use it as part of the csar onboarded to SDC.

today in case concat is in the csar onboarded to SDC the function will be removed.

to recreate the scenrio use the flowing flow:

1. We create VSP and then import CSAR file to VSP.
2. We submit VSP to test.
3. We import VSP, then create.
4. We download and open CSAR file and find user_data and artifacts data is removed.
