Tosca_lab to be enhanced to support k8s model generation based on flag/config. This config to be uniquely set per SDC deployment hence all models/bp generation under this environment will be supporting single deployment type  - either docker or k8s.

Also the tool itself should be available for ONAP community to generate model/blueprint locally if needed.
