As a service designer, I would like that the policy schema to be reflected as a model that can be distributed to other components with values specific for a service model. 

• TOSCA-Lab generates a TOSCA policy model based on the mS spec file.
• TOSCA policy model should include default property values (according to spec file)
• SDC to set service specific (service model) property values
• SDC to distribute the policy model to CLAMP (with service specific values)
• Policy to be able to parse the property information (Service specific information set by designer which is reflected in the TOSCA model) in its fixed UI
