      As a Developer,

      i want the onap-ui projects to be covered by the LF jenkins,

      so that we will be able to build the code and run tests.

      DOD:

      1. add the JJB to the CI-management.
      2. each JIB should include verify/marge/sonar jobs 
      3. after the jobs are add all jobs need to be triggered to see they pass successfully.
