Step

1) Created VF in SDC

2) Downloaded as CSAR

3) Again go to ADD VF screen and trying the import the same CSAR, 

Then it showing the below error message

NOT_TOPOLOGY_TOSCA_TEMPLATE

    code: 400,

    message: "Error: TOSCA yaml file %1 cannot be modeled to VF as it does not contain 'topology_template.",

    messageId: "SVC4601"

We have attached the VF csar file which we have used to import.
