vCPE Tunnel XConn : allottedResourcEtype is failing to match SO trigger

      User sets nfType and nfRole and SDC sets allottedResourceType - apparently in Casablanca this changed format and no longer matches the criteria in SO.

      Needs to be "TunnelXConn" to match SO
