The header used to propagate tracing information must be called X-ONAP-RequestID according to https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Active+Logging+Specifications (as of today).

However, the Catalog part of SDC uses the deprecated X-ECOMP-RequestID. This breaks the propagation of tracing information when SDC is called by other components.

Ideally, the header should be configurable or accept multiple headers (whichever is populated, by an order of preference, when the canonical name is the preferred one).
