Unable to import csar file

      I've tried to import csar file (any file) available at wiki https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Csar+Structure , but I received an error: INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR" WITH ErrorID: TGIQNWTW... or other strange errors.
