      Purposed ToscaSolConverterImpl to handle SOL004 package with Tosca-metadata directory

      The converter shall do the following

      • Retrieve the Main Service Template referenced as "Entry-Definitions" in the TOSCA.meta file in TOSCA-metadata directory
      • Handle Definitions files linked with main service template through imports
      • Handle GlobalSubstitutionTypesServiceTemplate
      • Add external files to artifacts
      • Rename original TOSCA.meta to TOSCA.meta.original
