An ONAP administrator can store issuer certificates on the file system in the SDC onboarding container.

A package signing certificate can be issued by a root certificate owner. That signing certificate can be validated with the issuer root certificate. For ONAP Dublin, SDC needs access to issuer certificates so it can validate the signing certificate that comes with a package.

A text format certificate can be seen on the onboarding container file system with cat command
